Professional use
ProAgent is intended for licensed professionals and businesses. The service is designed for legal, real estate, and SMB operational workflows. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the standards of your profession.
AI assistance, not professional advice
ProAgent provides AI-powered business assistants that accelerate drafting, analysis, and research. Output is a working draft — not legal, tax, financial, or fiduciary advice. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all output before relying on or distributing it.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Acceptable use
You may not use ProAgent to generate unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service.
