Our commitment
ProAgent is built for professionals handling sensitive client information. We treat data security and privacy as foundational, not optional. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards we apply.
Zero-data retention for AI
Documents, prompts, and content you submit to our AI agents are processed in-memory and are not retained, logged, or used to train any models. Once an AI task completes, the underlying content is discarded.
Account data
We collect the minimum required to operate your account: email, billing details (processed by Stripe), and product usage metrics. Account data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted subprocessors required to deliver the service (hosting, payment processing, transactional email).
Your rights
You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@getproagent.com. We respond within 30 days.
